By renting a dumpster from Patrickaro Co. you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Rental Agreement

Standard rental periods, container weight allowances, and prohibited materials are disclosed at the time of quote. Overage fees for weight or extended time will be billed at the rates provided.

Prohibited Materials

Customers may not load hazardous waste, liquids, tires, batteries, refrigerants, asbestos, or other restricted items. Loads containing prohibited items may be refused or incur additional disposal fees.

Placement & Damage

Customer is responsible for identifying safe placement locations. Patrickaro Co. is not liable for surface wear or damage when placement instructions are followed as directed by the customer.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior net terms have been arranged.
